This work is an honor. That's not a figure of speech — standing behind the chair, using your hands to make someone feel like themselves again, is a genuine privilege. I don't take that lightly.

I do try not to take myself too seriously. There's always something new to learn, and I'd rather laugh while learning it.

My guests are the best part of this job. Kind, real people who let me into their lives for an hour and trust me with how they show up in the world. I listen carefully. I work hard. And I love what I do.
